Job description

We have an opportunity for an experienced landscape architect, ideally with a minimum of 10 years’ experience to join our studio at Borough Market, London Bridge.

Bradley-Hole Schoenaich Landscape is an award‑winning landscape architecture practice with a broad portfolio of international and UK projects. We enjoy what we do and are passionate about our work. The company became an Employee‑Owned Trust (EoT) in 2023.

We have an exciting and diverse range of public realm and urban greening projects in the UK, in addition to our expanding portfolio of private landscape garden commissions.

About you

• Minimum of 10 years’ professional experience in landscape practice
• MA or postgraduate diploma in landscape architecture and ideally be a Chartered Member at the Landscape Institute
• Experience working alongside other building disciplines at all stages of the project
• Design flair and understanding of the technical development of projects, working alongside other building disciplines
• Good knowledge of plants and planting design
• Excellent presentation and client‑facing skills
• Experience with fee negotiations and tender submissions
• Proficiency in CAD (Vectorworks is preferred), publishing and graphics applications

About the role

You will work closely with the Directors and be responsible for the resourcing and preparation of project deliverables and providing leadership and support to junior staff. This role is full‑time. We are flexible to suit your preferred working pattern, with a preference for studio‑based working. Our working hours are 9 am to 6 pm.
