What You’ll Do

As Principal Landscape Architect, you’ll lead the delivery on landscape planning and design projects from inception to completion. You’ll work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to nationally significant schemes, with responsibilities including:

  • Conducting site appraisals, surveys, and early-stage research.
  • Creating masterplans, concept designs, restoration strategies, and detailed development proposals.
  • Delivering Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIAs)
  • Supporting the delivery of Biodiversity Net Gain strategies and habitat creation.
  • Advising local planning authorities on landscape and visual considerations for proposed developments.
  • Contributing to planning inquiries, including the preparation of expert evidence.
  • Leading projects across rural and major development contexts.

  • Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (or an experienced Pathway candidate)
  • Strong design, assessment, and report writing skills
