Solicitor – Employment & Landlord & Tenant (3+ years PQE)

Leighton Buzzard | Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days remote)

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE) plus bonus

We're seeking a Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE to join a friendly, forward‑thinking firm in Leighton Buzzard. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work, with a caseload split across:

  • 50% Employment Law (advisory and contentious)
  • 40% Landlord & Tenant (residential and commercial)
The Role

You’ll manage your own caseload of mixed work, including:

  • Employment advice for both employers and employees (contracts, redundancy, grievance/disciplinary, settlement agreements, and tribunal work)
  • Landlord & tenant matters including possession, lease renewals, and rent recovery

Advocacy experience is a plus, but not essential, we’re open to candidates who are keen to develop this area.

The firm offers a hybrid working arrangement (3 days in the office), giving you work life balance & flexibility alongside strong team collaboration.
