Job Title: Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join a forward-thinking and dynamic team working on a range of exciting projects across the North of England. Our client is a leader in their field, delivering innovative solutions in surveying, modelling, design, and drawing. Ideal Candidate
  • NVQ or degree-level qualification in surveying or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in land surveying, ideally within landfill, quarry, or construction settings
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and survey processing software
  • Highly organised with strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of managing workload independently or within a team
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct topographical surveys using GPS, total station, and drone technology
  • Produce accurate 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and other software
  • Set out engineering works to design specifications across various sites
  • Monitor and model volumes for material import schemes, stockpiles, and waste voids
  • Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment, ensuring compliance with company policies and health and safety standards
