  • CSCS accreditation (required)
  • Network Rail PTS accreditation (desirable, but not essential)
  • Post‑graduate experience in a land surveying role
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency with Leica Total Stations, digital levels, GNSS receivers and HD laser scanners
  • Experience with LSS, SCC, Cyclone, StarNET, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to use and maintain automated monitoring systems (training provided if not already experienced)
Essential Qualifications
  • Degree or HND in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • Right to work in the UK
  • CSCS card
Experience
  • Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software
  • Ability to produce accurate topographical, boundary and as‑built surveys
  • Strong understanding of coordinate systems, datum and data management

  • Understanding of sustainable surveying technologies and digital twins
Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
