Job summary

Carmichael UK is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor with monitoring experience to support major construction activities on the HS2 project in Northamptonshire.

You will establish survey control networks, carry out setting out and topographical surveys, undertake structural and environmental monitoring, and manage survey data using industry-standard software to produce accurate reports for engineering teams on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor on major civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Strong monitoring experience (structural, settlement, deformation or environmental monitoring).
• Proficient with Leica, Trimble or similar surveying equipment.
• Experience using survey processing software such as AutoCAD, LSS or N4CE.
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
• Available to work on a PAYE basis.
