JP Engineering is seeking a Land & Measured Building Surveyor to join our Bristol team. You will conduct topographical surveys and measured building surveys, producing accurate drawings and data using AutoCAD and other survey software.

You will work with modern equipment including total stations, GPS and laser scanners, and travel locally to sites across Bristol and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant experience, a solid understanding of survey methodologies,

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years' land and measured building surveying experience.
• Solid understanding of surveying methodologies and best practice.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
• Experience with modern survey equipment and software.
• Attention to detail and strong time management.
• Valid UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.

Land & Measured Building Surveyor

Location: Bristol Experience: Minimum 2 years Type: Full-time (permanent)

We are seeking a Land & Measured Building Surveyor with at least 2 years' experience to join our growing team based in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated surveyor looking to develop their career within a professional and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out topographical surveys and measured building surveys
• Producing accurate survey drawings using AutoCAD (or similar CAD software)
• Working with survey equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners
• Processing survey data and ensuring high levels of accuracy and quality
• Liaising with clients, architects, and project teams as required
• Undertaking site work across Bristol and the surrounding areas

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in land and measured building surveying
• Strong understanding of survey methodologies and best practice
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (or equivalent)
• Experience using modern survey equipment and software
• Good attention to detail and time management skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Right to work in the UK

Desirable

• Experience with 3D laser scanning and point cloud processing
• Familiarity with BIM environments
• Relevant surveying qualifications (or working towards)
