Salary: £60,000 - £85,000 + package + high bonus

A highly desirable Developer to work for have an opening for a Land Manager/ Senior Land Manager to work from their offices in Marlow.

They have a number of sites in the pipeline and are mainly acquiring in the Thames Valley area. Sizes will range from 20 units – 100 units. The product is of good quality and is selling fast. Most sites acquired are consented/ option/ stp.

The ideal candidate will be either a good Land Manager who is ready to take the step to Senior Land Manager or alternatively an established Senior Land Manager.

The main criteria for this role is a proven history of site acquisitions in the Thames valley area and a good track record of winning bids.

The developer is well funded and keen to buy.

The package on offer is excellent which will encompass an excellent basic salary and high commission which will equate to around £20k per site.
