A leading energy company seeks a Land Consents Manager to oversee securing land rights for electricity distribution. Responsibilities include negotiating wayleaves and engaging with stakeholders. Ideal candidates should possess strong negotiation skills and experience in land agreements, along with knowledge of relevant legislation. Flexible working locations in the UK are available, alongside a competitive salary and benefits.
Base Location: Reading, Melksham, Andover, Poole or Yeovil.
Salary: £49,004 - £57,728 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.
Working Pattern: Flexible UK | We will, however, need your base 'home' location to be one of our SSEN offices or depots around Forbury, Melksham, Andover, Poole, Yeovil.
Our Land Consents Managers play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of our project portfolio, helping drive progress toward a net zero carbon future across our electricity distribution network. In this role, you'll be responsible for securing, managing, and maintaining strong land and property rights for underground cables, overhead lines, and ground‑mounted equipment on both public and private land.
