This position offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional or graduate planner looking to delve into land sourcing and acquisition. Formación

• 1-3 years of experience within a housebuilder, developer, land agency or consultancy.
• Graduate town planner with genuine interest in land sourcing is also acceptable.
• Full UK driving license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively identify and source residential land opportunities.
• Support land appraisals and financial feasibility assessments.
• Assist with land acquisition negotiations and transaction processes.
• Work collaboratively with senior land, planning and technical teams.
• Build strong relationships with agents, landowners and consultants.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and prepare internal reports.
