Savills in the North of England seeks a proactive project manager to own and deliver land assembly and infrastructure projects. You will negotiate land consents, acquisitions and compensation claims, liaise with clients and colleagues, and ensure timely delivery from briefing to completion.

In this role, you will take ownership of your own projects while being embedded within the client’s organisation. Projects will vary in scale and complexity, from small negotiations to large infrastructure developments across both rural and urban environments. You will also work closely with a regional Savills team to support the overall delivery of client services.

Savills Land Assembly team in the North of England support a wide range of utility and infrastructure projects, from the installation or removal of a single electricity pole, to full overhead line rebuilds. Our role includes identifying and engaging stakeholders impacted by the works and obtaining necessary permissions to proceed.
