Care Assistant – Lambeth

We are looking for dedicated home care assistants to join our team in Lambeth and surrounding areas. The role involves caring for customers in their own homes, supporting them with everyday living tasks and improving their quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Providing the highest possible quality of care to our customers
  • Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
  • Assisting customers with daily living tasks, including personal care, medication support, meal preparation, shopping, domestic duties and companionship
  • Maintaining customer confidentiality at all times
  • Communicating regularly with the office team
Essential Requirements
  • Reliable and punctual with excellent work ethic
  • Passionate about caring for people
  • Able to complete early and/or late home visits, and work alternate weekends
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Good level of written and spoken English
  • Prepared to work towards a Diploma in Health and Societies Care (if not already achieved)
  • Excellent communication skills
