About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to support welders and construction teams on-site at various client locations. This role involves assisting with the preparation, movement, and installation of materials and equipment, ensuring smooth operations on-site. The position requires flexibility for regular working away and a proactive approach to health and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Support:
  • Assist welders and construction workers with day-to-day tasks.
  • Prepare work areas and ensure tools and materials are ready for use.
  • Move and position heavy materials safely using lifting equipment.
• Equipment Handling:
  • Operate scissor lifts and forklifts (licences required).
  • Load and unload vehicles and equipment.
• General Duties:
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment on-site.
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Assist with basic assembly and installation tasks as directed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a labouring or site support role (construction or manufacturing preferred).
• Ability to work away from home regularly.
• Good physical fitness and willingness to work in varied environments.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid Scissor Lift licence.
• Valid Forklift Truck licence.
