Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Pulborough is seeking a Labourer to join a reputable construction team. This temporary, full-time position involves site clearance, moving materials and assisting trades to keep projects on track.

You should hold a CSCS card, be reliable, safety-conscious and able to work collaboratively on site with others. Punctuality, shift adherence, and readiness to take on additional duties as directed by the site manager are expected.

Qualifications

• Previous Labouring experience on construction sites.
• CSCS card held and valid.
• Strong work ethic and able to work in a team.
• Safety-conscious and mindful of on-site hazards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site clearance and material movement.
• Support trades and prepare work areas for tasks.
• Clean and prepare finished houses for handover as required.
• Follow site manager directions and work within allotted shifts.

A well established national contractor that works on a range of projects from education, commercial, residential and internal refurbishments.

The role

As the site Labourer you will be responsible for assisting with site clearance, moving materials, cleaning various areas including finished houses for handover and assisting traders where needed.

About you

• Ideally you will have previous working experience in a labouring position. You will be comfortable lifting and shifting materials throughout the day.
• If asked you will be happy working on the gate.
• You will be conscious of health and safety on site and will be weary of others who are working alongside of you.
• You will arrive on time, finish your shift at the times allocated by the site manager and complete additional duties as and when the site manager requires.

To be successful in your application for this role you will have and be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
