Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a site Labourer for an ongoing temporary role in Birchington. You will assist with site clearance, move materials and help trades on site.

The ideal candidate will have labouring experience, a CSCS Card, and a strong work ethic. You should be reliable, arrive on time and follow site safety rules.

Role starts ASAP; duties include housekeeping and assisting with handovers of completed houses and supporting trades as needed.

Formación

• Ideally you will have previous working experience in a labouring position.
• CSCS Card is required.
• Strong team work ethic and reliability.
• Willing to work as a lone point of contact when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with site clearance and movement of materials throughout the day.
• Move materials and assist trades on site as required.
• Clean and prepare areas, including finished houses for handover.
• Follow site manager instructions and maintain health and safety on site.

The company:

A well established national contractor that works on a range of projects from education, commercial, residential and internal refurbishments.

The role:

As the site Labourer you will be responsible for assisting with site clearance, moving materials, cleaning various areas including finished houses for handover and assisting traders where needed.

About you:

• *Ideally you will have previous working experience in a labouring position. You will be comfortable lifting and shifting materials throughout the day.


• *If asked you will be happy working on the gate.


• *You will be conscious of health and safety on site and will be weary of others who are working alongside of you.


• *You will arrive on time, finish your shift at the times allocated by the site manager and complete additional duties as and when the site manager requires.

To be successful in your application for this role you will have and be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

• *Previous experience in a Labouring position


• *You will have a CSCS Card.


• *Strong work ethic in a team


• *Be approachable and happy to work as a point of contact when working in a standalone position.
