Harbron Recruit Ltd are seeking a reliable Labourer to join a busy construction team in Totnes. The role offers an immediate start, weekly pay, and a permanent position after 12 weeks. A company van is provided and a full UK driving licence is essential.

You will perform general labouring duties, assist trades and site teams, move and handle materials, and help keep the site clean and safe. Applicants should have good teamwork, health and safety awareness, and be fully PPE-equipped.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• CSCS card preferred but not essential.
• Previous labouring or construction experience is required.
• Reliable and hardworking candidate.
• Good understanding of site health and safety.
• Full PPE is needed on site.
• Good communication and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• General labouring duties.
• Assisting trades and site teams.
• Moving and handling materials.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Keeping the site clean and tidy.
• Supporting the wider site team.
• Travelling between sites using the company van.
