Job summary

MadiganGill Labourer role in Barnsley is recruiting a CSCS card holding General Labourer for a long term refurbishment project. You will report to the Site Manager, perform general labouring duties, and help with lifting and shifting materials on site while keeping the area clean and safe.

This 2-week position is to begin with, with a focus on reliability, punctuality, and good communication. Applicants must have full PPE and be able to work alone or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• CSCS Labourer Card required.
• Full PPE (Hard Hat, boots, hi-vis, gloves & goggles).
• Be hard working, reliable and punctual.
• Have good communication and be able to work alone or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lifting and shifting of materials on site.

Labourer Required in Barnsley

Our specialist Trades & Labour team are seeking a CSCS card holding General Labourer for a long term job in Barnsley

Working on behalf of the main contractor, you will be carrying out general labouring duties on this large scale refurbishment project.

Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for lifting and shifting of materials on site, whilst ensuring the site is kept tidy and clear of any potential hazards.

This is a 2 week position to begin with.

Each Labourer must:

• Hold a CSCS Labourer Card
• Have full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment - Hard Hat, boots, hi-vis, gloves & goggles)
• Be hard working, reliable and punctual
• Have good communication skills and be able to work alone on your own initiative or as part of a team.
