Job summary

MadiganGill is seeking a General Labourer for a long-term project on a large-scale residential site in Rugby. You will work under the Site Manager, handling lifting and shifting of materials and ensuring the area remains tidy and hazard-free.

Applicants should hold a valid CSCS card and full on-site PPE. Good communication, reliability and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CSCS Card.
• Must have full PPE on site (helmet, boots, hi-vis, gloves & goggles).

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labouring duties on a large-scale new build housing site.

Job description

Labourer Required in Rugby - Long term project

Our specialist Trades & Labour team are seeking a CSCS card holding General Labourer for a job working in Rugby.

Working on behalf of the Principal contractor, you will be carrying out general labouring duties on this large scale new build residential site.

Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for lifting and shifting of materials on site, whilst ensuring the site is kept tidy and clear of any potential hazards.

It is ideal if you have experience carrying out pre-plaster work on new build housing sites.

There will be a long run of work for the successful candidate.

Each Labourer must:

• Have full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment - Hard Hat, boots, hi-vis, gloves & goggles
• Hold a valid CSCS Card
• Be hard working, reliable and punctual
• Have good communication skills and be able to work alone on your own initiative or as part of a team.
