Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Laboratory Technician based in Waterlooville. The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for operating laboratory equipment, conducting tests, ensuring adherence to quality control standards, maintaining a safe and efficient laboratory environment, and assisting in research and development activities. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with team members to ensure the accuracy of data and support continuous improvement initiatives in the creation and testing of innovative materials.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling laboratory equipment and conducting laboratory procedures
• Strong quality control and analytical skills to ensure accurate and reliable testing results
• Experience as a Laboratory Technician and demonstrated laboratory‑based technical expertise
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
