Overview

Analytical Services
We offer commercial analytical lab chemistry testing for food and drink, including: nutritional and health, microscopy, biochemistry, allergens, chromatography, packaging, cereals and ingredients, and wines and spirits

Food Composition
You’ll work as part of the wider team, covering elements of analytical chemistry. The Food Composition team analysis food & drink to analysis and provide nutritional values.

Responsibilities

• Routine analysis of foodstuffs and associated materials using a variety of methods
• Updating QC records, basic maintenance and checks of laboratory equipment
• Preparation and administration of samples
• General Admin in the Section as required
• General laboratory housekeeping duties
• Training and supervising staff as required
