As a Laboratory Quality Manager, you will provide expert support to ensure high‑quality analytical results for nuclear fuel products, intermediates, residue recovery, material characterisation and wider growth projects.
You will manage the department's Quality Management System (QMS). This will ensure alignment with internal and external quality policies and maintain compliance with ISO 17025, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and NQA1 standards. You will also act as the main point of contact for auditors, assessors and UKAS representatives.
This is an on‑site role reporting to the Operations Managers within C&MSD and supervising 1–3 team members.
You will report to the Chemical & Metallurgical Services Department Operations Manager and be located at Springfields Fuel Site. The role is an onsite role.
