Job summary

Refresco is seeking a Laboratory Administrator in Bridgwater to provide full administration support to the Laboratory Team and Manager. You will coordinate sample collection, manage lab records and inventory, and support reports and data management across in-house systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage laboratory administration, ensuring records, files, reports and archives are up to date and accessible.
• Coordinate collection, preparation and shipment of samples, ensuring on-time dispatch and courier management.
• Oversee laboratory consumables and stock levels, raise purchase orders and monitor inventory.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, labs and internal teams to ensure effective communication and service.
• Produce and maintain management reports and submission documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support a safe, compliant working environment by following Health & Safety, Environmental and Food Safety policies.
