Are you an Operative with a manufacturing, production or warehouse background, experience printing and applying packaging labels, and aspiring to work for an industry leader within the food industry? This well‑established, family‑run company offers a firm reputation, loyal client base, strong sustainability values, and an expanding workforce. Due to continued expansion and a heavy workload we need a Label Operative for a 4 on 4 off days‑based role that balances work life and development.

The Role
  • Operate machinery to print and apply labels to products, ensuring accurate placement according to quality standards and production plans.
  • Maintain an organised inventory of labels and related materials.
  • Inspect labels for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet customer and company standards.
  • Keep accurate records of label usage, inventory levels and report any issues encountered.
The Person
  • Previous experience of labelling products within a manufacturing, warehouse or production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail & excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
