Job summary

Qualifications

• HND or higher in Food Science or Chemistry, or working towards.

Responsibilities

• Test raw materials and finished products against standards.
• Record and report results with accurate lab docs.
• Calibrate and maintain lab equipment (e.g., pH meters, scales).
• Prepare reagents and monitor stock; keep lab clean and safe.
• File supplier Certificates of Analysis/Conformity; support QA/admin tasks.
