Responsibilities

• Customer liaison, issue quotes, follow up enquiries.
• Testing
• Reporting test results, both internally and externally
• Basic instrument maintenance and calibration checks
• Dealing with couriers, receiving samples, opening and logging of samples
• Business development within existing and new accounts
