You will help manage staffing case requests across all the PAs in LAB, collaborating with the staffers when suggesting A/C options for case requests. You should be commercially aware and have excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with high profile projects.

In collaboration with the other Pipeline Manager, the Pipeline Specialist and the A/C Staffing Specialists, you will ensure the LAB billability remains optimal, advise on appropriate measures while striking the right balance between case requests and people development and preferences. You will also need to be diplomatic and tactful in order to tackle situations where we might not be able to meet the case team’s requests.
