Job summary

Unilever’s purpose is to create a brighter future with you and for you, starting in Research & Development. As a Laboratory Science apprentice, you’ll apply scientific skills to support new product development across Beauty & Wellbeing, Personal Care and Home Care.

Work is lab-based in a fast-paced project team, with a mentor and university guidance to support your degree. The role offers hybrid working with site time at Port Sunlight (Wirral) and university days, plus 25 holiday days and staff

Qualifications

• Have 5 GCSEs including English Language and Maths at grade 5 or above.
• Have or are predicted a minimum of 3 A-level or equivalent with grades BBB or above including Chemistry and at least one other STEM subject.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced project team, mostly laboratory-based.
• Your results will help the team leader make key product decisions.
• Receive mentorship and support from university partners and a line manager.
