The Lab Operations Manager will focus on strategic procurement, inventory systems, vendor partnerships, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance. Reporting to the AD, Research Operations, this individual will serve as a critical operational leader and bridge between scientific teams, operations, finance, and suppliers—ensuring the lab environment is resourced, compliant, and optimized for cutting-edge research and programs. The ideal candidate brings a blend of scientific understanding and operational expertise, with a strong track record in driving continuous improvement, developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and leveraging data for strategic decisions.
The base salary range for this position is $107,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal practices. Parabilis's total compensation package also includes an annual target bonus, equity, and a comprehensive suite of competitive benefits designed to support our employees' overall well-being.
