Job description
What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will support EYFS and will assist children with additional needs. Lunch time supervision across the wider school will also be included in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and provide particular support for EYFS pupils with additional needs, ensuring their safety and access to learning activities
  • Assist with the development and implementation of Pupil Profiles / Behaviour plans and Personal Care programmes
  • Establish constructive relationships with pupils and interact with them according to individual needs
  • Promote the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils
  • Encourage interaction with others and engage in activities led by the teacher
