A leading building maintenance provider in the UK is seeking an L&D Delivery Manager to lead the development and delivery of training programs. We are currently recruiting for an L&D Delivery Manager to join our L&D team.
To lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning and development programs that enhance workforce capability, safety, and leadership whilst supporting organisational goals, employee growth, and a culture of continuous improvement.
The role ensures that training is aligned with industry standards, regulatory compliance, and strategic business goals.
This role requires frequent travel to various contracts across the UK.
