Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking an L&D Administrator in Tamworth. This full-time position involves providing administrative support for learning and development activities, maintaining training records, and coordinating onboarding for new learners. Ideal candidates are organized with strong communication skills and prior administrative experience. A CIPD Level 3 qualification is advantageous. The role offers a hybrid work model with two days in the office and three days remote.

Qualifications

  • No specific qualifications required, however a CIPD Level 3 or an interest in pursuing a career in HR or L&D would be advantageous.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, coordination or support role is desirable.
  • Exposure to HR or L&D environments is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the L&D team, including scheduling training sessions.
  • Act as the first point of contact for learning queries.
  • Coordinate joining instructions, attendance records, and post-course evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate records on the LMS, including course content and user data.
  • Support onboarding programmes by coordinating learning activity for new learners.
  • Raise purchase orders, manage invoices, and track L&D budgets where required.
  • Produce regular reports on training activity and feedback.
  • Support continuous improvement of L&D processes.

L&D Administrator

Location: Tamworth (hybrid - 2 days a week in office and 3 days remote)

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Our client is seeking an L&D Administrator to support the smooth delivery of learning and development activity. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to begin a career in L&D who enjoys coordination, organisation and working closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality learning experiences.

The L&D Administrator will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end administration of training programmes, maintaining learning systems and providing a professional first point of contact for all L&D-related queries.
