A major housing association in the United Kingdom is seeking an L&D Coordinator to support the delivery of internal and external learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and organizational skills. Responsibilities include managing the LMS system, processing course bookings, and liaising with training providers. As an L&D coordinator, you will report into the L&D Academy Co‑ordination Team Leader and will be the main point of contact for our customers. We are looking for strong customer service skills, as you will need to be an ambassador for the L&Q and L&D academy. You will coordinate and support the team to enable the delivery of internal and external learning initiatives, ensuring activities run smoothly on a day‑to‑day basis. Strong organisation skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently are essential to this role. You will provide all L&Q colleagues who require learning and development solutions with a truly excellent service and all the support they need to enhance their learning experience. We are a forward‑thinking team who always innovate and look for ways to improve the performance of people at L&Q.
This is a varied and fast‑paced role.
The successful applicant will have excellent administrative and organisation skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
