Job summary

Compliance Professionals in Birmingham is seeking a Business Acceptance Analyst to join a growing UK law firm. You will collect and review KYC documents for clients with varying risk profiles and conduct in-depth research using Companies House and corporate databases.

Qualifications

• Experience in a law firm or Risk & Compliance environment is desirable.
• Ability to analyse documents with close attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and reviewing KYC documents for clients with various risk profiles.
• Carrying out in-depth research using Companies House and corporate databases.
• Conducting and reviewing sanctions, PEP and adverse media checks.
• Drafting KYC and conflicts summary analysis for business direction.
• Requesting information from the business and communicating decisions clearly.
• Reviewing risk assessments on IntApp and conducting conflict checks.
