Job summary

Delta Capita in London seeks a KYC Onboarding Analyst to join our Client Lifecycle Management team, supporting a large-scale KYC program for a leading financial institution.

You will handle end-to-end KYC processing, including CDD/EDD/SEDD activities, data entry into Fenergo, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in a fast-paced project.

The role requires a client-focused mindset, ability to work under pressure, and collaboration with Relationship managers and QC teams.

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of current regulatory frameworks affecting client onboarding (KYC/AML).
• Experience with KYC processing and customer risk assessment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end KYC processing for onboarding and trigger events.
• Perform CDD/EDD/SEDD activities for GBM Europe customers.
• Enter data accurately into Fenergo and maintain data quality trackers.
• Communicate with stakeholders and escalate issues to senior management.
• Support process improvements and share learnings with the team.
