Prospero Teaching are recruiting KS4 and KS5 Teachers across all core subjects to support several secondary schools throughout Flint, Mold, Connah's Quay, Deeside and the wider Flintshire area. There is consistent demand for specialists in Maths, English, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, History, Geography, RE and other humanities subjects. Both immediate starts and January placements are available.
This is an excellent opportunity for teachers who are passionate about supporting older learners, helping students progress through GCSE and A-Level, and delivering high-quality lessons within a well‑organised, supportive environment. You can work in a single long‑term placement or across multiple schools depending on your preferences.
As a KS4/KS5 Teacher, you will deliver engaging, well‑planned lessons within your subject specialism, support exam preparation and play an active role in helping students achieve strong outcomes. You will work closely with department teams, pastoral leaders and senior staff to maintain a positive and structured learning environment built on consistency, high expectations and respect.
