An educational recruitment agency is seeking a passionate KS3 Teacher to join secondary schools in the Connah's Quay and Flintshire areas. This role requires delivering high-quality lessons, supporting student progress, and maintaining an inclusive classroom environment. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and EWC registration in Wales are essential. Prospero Teaching are recruiting KS3 Teachers across all core subjects to support several secondary schools throughout Connah's Quay, Flint, Mold, Deeside and the wider Flintshire area. There is consistent demand for specialists in Maths, English, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, History, Geography, RE and other humanities subjects. Both immediate starts and January placements are available.
This is an excellent opportunity for teachers who are passionate about supporting older learners, helping students progress through their secondary school transition, and delivering high‑quality lessons within a well‑organised, supportive environment. You can work in a single long‑term placement or across multiple schools depending on your preferences.
As a KS3 Teacher, you will deliver engaging, well‑planned lessons within your subject specialism, support exam preparation and play an active role in helping students achieve strong outcomes. You will work closely with department teams, pastoral leaders and senior staff to maintain a positive and structured learning environment built on consistency, high expectations and respect.
