Job summary

Academics Ltd in Maidstone is seeking an experienced SEN Tutor to support a Key Stage 3 student. The role is part-time, 10 hours per week, with flexible scheduling and the start date as soon as possible.

You will provide personalized educational support, help develop academic skills and confidence, and work in a nurturing environment. Ideal candidates will have SEN experience, be patient and communicative, and able to adapt lessons to individual needs.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with SEN or similar needs.

We are looking for a dedicated SEN Tutor to support a Key Stage 3 student in Maidstone, starting as soon as possible. The Role

As an SEN Tutor, you will provide personalised educational support tailored to the student's individual needs, helping them to develop academically while building confidence and independence.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience working with SEN children or young people
• Experience working within education or a similar learning environment
• A patient, nurturing and encouraging approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to adapt learning to suit individual needs
