• Experience working with social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Ability to build trust with pupils.
• Understanding of emotional regulation and behaviour plans.

Responsibilities

• Mentoring pupils 1:1.
• Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour plans.
• Delivering small interventions around confidence, resilience and engagement.
• Helping pupils transition back into the classroom.

Skills

Experience working with young people with SEMH or in PRU/alternative settings

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
