Job summary

Just Teachers Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a valued partner primary school in Bourne for a dedicated Year 3 Class Teacher. This full-time role starts in September 2026 and runs to the end of the academic year.

You will plan engaging lessons in line with KS2, work closely with a job-share partner, and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment while ensuring assessments are up to date and safeguarding is a priority.

Qualifications

• QTS or similar teaching qualification
• Recent UK experience teaching KS2
• Ability to provide two education or school based references
• Strong classroom management
• A commitment to safeguarding and providing a safe learning environment

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons in line with KS2 curriculum
• Work well with your job-share teacher to ensure the best outcomes for your students
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Ensure assessment is up to date for all students
• Follow the school’s behaviour management policy
