They’re looking for a positive, dedicated KS2 Teacher who can bring clear routines, engaging teaching and a warm presence to their team.

What the role looks like as a KS2 Teacher

You’ll take the lead with a KS2 class on a full-time basis, planning lessons that stretch pupils at just the right level and supporting them through the key skills they need for their next steps. You’ll be joining a supportive, friendly school with a strong focus on teamwork and wellbeing.

The role involves close collaboration with your phase team, shared planning and a commitment to helping every child feel valued and ready to learn.

Your main responsibilities as a KS2 Teacher
  • Planning and delivering creative, well-structured KS2 lessons
  • Monitoring progress and adapting your approach to individual needs
  • Creating a calm, organised learning environment
  • Supporting positive behaviour with consistency and clear expectations
  • Working closely with teaching assistants and other staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
