KS2 Supply Teachers Needed – Flexible Opportunities Across Fareham

Start date – January 2026

Dynamic and reliable KS2 teachers are needed for flexible supply opportunities across the Fareham area.

We work closely with a range of welcoming primary schools, ensuring pupils in Key Stage 2 continue to receive engaging and effective learning in their teacher’s absence.

Who we’re looking for

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Recent experience teaching in KS2 or upper primary settings
• A confident, positive and adaptable teaching style
• Strong behaviour management and the ability to build quick rapport with older primary pupils
• Reliability, professionalism, and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting children’s learning
• Confidence delivering pre-planned lessons across Years 3–6

• Delivering pre-planned lessons and keeping pupils engaged
• Maintaining continuity of learning during staff absences
• Creating a calm, positive and well-managed classroom environment
• Settling quickly into different schools and following their routines
• Supporting pupil's progress, well being and enjoyment throughout the day
