You will assess, monitor, and track pupils academic progress and personal growth, ensuring that teaching is differentiated to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND. The role involves supporting pupils social, emotional, and behavioural development, while working collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and senior leaders.
