Academics is seeking an enthusiastic HLTA to support primary school settings in Eastleigh. You will assist with planned PPA cover, leadership release time, and staff training, while delivering lessons planned by a qualified teacher and running targeted interventions to boost pupil learning.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a teaching assistant role or similar educational setting is preferred.
• Level 4 HLTA certificate or Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy and a passion for working with children.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a team setting.
