Job summary

Supply Desk, in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Chinnor, is recruiting an Early Career Teacher (ECT) for a KS2 Class Teacher post starting in September. This exclusive ECT position offers mentoring, a structured induction, and opportunities for career progression within a supportive setting.

You will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons aligned to KS2, support reading, writing and maths, monitor pupil progress, and foster an inclusive classroom.

Qualifications

• Currently completing or recently completed teacher training with QTS.
• Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum from placements.
• Positive, reflective approach to teaching.
• Good classroom management for an ECT level.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Commit to a full-time role in Chinnor from September.

Supply Desk is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Chinnor area to appoint a passionate and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) for a KS2 Class Teacher position.

This role is exclusively for ECTs and offers an excellent opportunity to begin your teaching career in a nurturing environment, with a strong focus on mentoring, professional development, and career progression.

As a KS2 Class Teacher, you will support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development, helping them build confidence and independence as they progress through Key Stage 2.

You will benefit from a comprehensive ECT induction programme, including ongoing support from experienced teachers and senior leaders.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to commit to a full-time role in Chinnor from September
