Job summary

Willow Tree Primary School is seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to work mainly in KS1 under the direction of teachers. The successful applicant will have a Teaching and Learning Diploma or equivalent and should be able to work across year groups while building positive relationships with children.

They will encourage collaborative learning, help maintain a calm learning environment and commit to engaging with parents and the wider community. Enhanced DBS checks apply.

• Proven experience of working across different year groups.
• Ability to develop positive relationships with children and work under teacher direction.
