Job summary

Class Act is offering a KS1 Teacher role in Brackley as a full-time supply position available from ASAP. You will deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 national curriculum across different school settings in Brackley and surrounding areas.

Ideal candidates hold QTS or equivalent, with UK primary KS1 experience, strong classroom management and communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments.

KS1 Teacher – Full-time supply role available from ASAP

Duties as KS1 Teacher:
  • Deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 national curriculum
  • Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and school policies
  • Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning atmosphere
  • Provide feedback to the regular class teacher on pupil progress and behaviour
  • Support pupils in achieving their learning objectives
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
Ideal KS1 Teacher:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching in UK primary schools, particularly KS1
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to new environments quickly
  • A genuine passion for teaching and making a difference in students’ lives
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
