Overview

KS1 Teacher - Southall, Ealing. Full-time January 2026 start. Long-term until July 2026. M1-UPS3. Open to ECTs and experienced teachers.

Tradewind are working with a three-form entry primary school in Southall rated 'Good' by Ofsted, to recruit a KS1 Teacher from January 2026 for the remainder of the academic year.

This is a welcoming and inclusive community school with a diverse intake and a reputation for strong pastoral support. The senior leadership team are approachable and committed to staff development, providing clear planning guidance and time for professional growth. Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging lessons across the KS1 curriculum that build on pupils\' strengths and interests.
  • Assess progress regularly and adapt lessons to support all learners, including those with EAL or SEN.
  • Work collaboratively with your year group partner and support staff to share planning and best practice.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school, including meetings, inset days and community events.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching in KS1 in a UK primary school.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
  • Open to ECTs who demonstrate solid teaching placements and reflective practice.
