Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking an EYFS specialist or QTS-qualified teacher to work across Barnsley. You will have the freedom to choose when, where, and how often you work, with access to local consultant support and Randstad’s CPD resources.

Ideal candidates have UK EYFS experience, a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and literacy schemes, and an updated DBS with Update Service. This role offers flexible, on-site assignments across Barnsley.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an EYFS specialist qualification.
• Proven UK teaching experience within an Early Years Foundation Stage classroom.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework and early literacy schemes (e.g., Read Write Inc. or Little Wandle).
• An Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
• Reliable, adaptable, and confident stepping into different early years environments across Barnsley.
