Job Title: KS1 Teacher
Location: Romford, Essex
Salary: £130 - £250 Per Day
Are you a passionate and experienced KS1 Primary Teacher looking for a long-term role starting this September? We are currently seeking dedicated teachers for part-time and full-time Key Stage 1 placements across a range of welcoming and supportive schools in Romford.
Deliver Engaging Lessons: Plan and teach creative and age-appropriate lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
Support Early Learning Development: Monitor and assess pupil progress, identifying areas for intervention and support
Create a Nurturing Environment: Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured learning space that supports young learners
Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other teachers, teaching assistants, and school leaders to enhance learning outcomes
Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience: Previous teaching experience in Key Stage 1 (Year 1 or Year 2)
Skills: Strong classroom management, communication, and the ability to engage younger pupils
Compliance: Enhanced DBS check on the update service
Curriculum Knowledge: Solid understanding of the KS1 curriculum and assessment frameworks
Start Date: September
Contract Type: Long-term, part-time and full-time placement

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
