Year 3 Primary Teacher Durham | £120-£180 per day (DOE) | Full-time

Teaching Personnel are proud to be working with a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Durham, seeking a passionate Year 3 Teacher to join their dedicated team. This is a full-time role, with the exciting potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.

As the Year 3 Class Teacher, you'll play a vital part in helping pupils develop their confidence, curiosity, and independence as they progress through Key Stage 2. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that inspire a love of learning.
  • Assessing pupil progress and providing effective feedback to support individual growth.
  • Creating a positive, well-managed classroom where every child feels included and supported.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and the SLT to share best practice and enhance learning outcomes.
  • Building strong relationships with parents and carers to support children's development.

You're an enthusiastic, committed teacher who wants to make a lasting difference in the lives of young learners. You will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (Year 3 experience desirable)
  • Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
